Henderson and Chester County friends: we’re about twenty minutes south on US-45, and the catfish is worth every mile of it. A lot of our Henderson regulars found us through a seafood boil — shrimp, snow crab, sausage, corn and potatoes — and now they time their Selmer errands around lunch.
